Our journey began on a lawless island, where we formed the first alliance, however due to us being incompetent at the game we were wiped from the island by a much larger group named "Blackwake".
We found "SMASH" a mixed group of players that were settled in the outer reaches of the arctic regions and we got our revenge on Blackwake. But this was shortly after a full server wipe was announced so nothing happened until season 2 and the first big update to ATLAS.
Season 2 came along and we reformed under a new name "Frostbite", the arctic Empire was rebuilt and the alliance consisted of around 40 players. However we soon realised this was not enough when "ZERG", an International group with around 100 members wiped us from the island.
The game favoured bigger groups and forced us to join "Memento Mori" allied with "French & Ships", and due to the size of the French Baguettes we managed to conquer all the game's PvE content and we were constantly at war with the Spanish. At times there were 150 People in one server at war over Sea and Land.
But like all good things it came to an end with the devs of the game focusing on Xbox and with the PC player base quickly declining we decided to call it a day for now...
... We returned to the game for one month in season 6. At first we was really enjoying it, with all the new quality of life systems of the auto-farming took away some grind and we could focus on building up our island quicker. We were living on a polar island as we know these lands the best. This season they also introduced the ability to tame Yeti's! Which we really liked.
However, the game is still really toxic to play. 9 hour combat timers, larger companies always having advantage with blueprints and outnumbered ship fights, breeding taking a lot of time and effort, the list goes on. The game is just too mentally and physically draining on everyone. We've put ATLAS down indefinitely.
